Social Investment Programme Co-ordinator, £38,000 - £46,000 per annum
You will be an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual with a background in community engagement and social value practice who is willing to work closely with our residents and their communities to bring about sustainable change as Homes for Lambeth (HfL) builds thriving communities on our six priority estates.
You will be the critical link to developing the Social Investment Activities Programme whilst developing exciting partnerships with relevant organisations and stakeholders across the borough.
The post holder will work in close collaboration with the Resident Engagement & Social Investment (RESI) team as well as wider HfL colleagues and relevant teams at London Borough of Lambeth, community organisations, contractors and stakeholders as we raise the bar on our work with and for our residents increasing engagement and social investment opportunities that can have profound benefits to our residents lives. You will maintain a clear reporting path to the outcomes of this programme and monitor the evaluation framework.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate experience and a career path of working with communities, relationship development, engagement and social value work. You may have expertise in housing settings, development and regeneration and experience of working in a fast paced working environment.
You will enjoy the challenge of working intimately with our residents, coordinating activities, projects, events and a sustained programme approach. You will have responsibility for developing a range of engagement activities which you will co-ordinate, deliver and report upon within a framework of outcomes for our residents.
You will have demonstrable experience in developing successful community partnerships, overseeing delivery of agreements and highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
