Resident Engagement Officers
Salary Range £38,000 - £46,000 per annum
We are looking to appoint for two roles - for one permanent and one maternity leave cover
You will be an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual who is willing to work closely with our residents and their communities and ready to support them as Homes for Lambeth (HfL) builds thriving communities on our six priority estates.
The post holder will work in close collaboration with the Resident Engagement & Social Investment (RESI) team as well as wider HfL colleagues and relevant teams at London Borough of Lambeth, community organisations, contractors and stakeholders as we raise the bar on our work with and for our residents increasing both engagement opportunities and communications across the entire programme.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate experience and a career path of working with communities, relationship development, engagement, consultations and communications. You may have expertise in housing settings, development and regeneration and experience of working in a fast paced working environment.
You will enjoy the challenge of working intimately with our residents and confident in meeting people, presenting and sharing sometimes detailed information. You will have responsibility for developing a range of engagement activities which you will co-ordinate, deliver and report upon within a framework of outcomes for our residents.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
