This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join this success story.
Working as part of the Commercial Team you will use your QS skills to turn strategy in to operational reality. Managing small and large complex projects from the design stage to completion you will play an active role in ensuring every stage of the process is commercially and financially viable. You will know that this is not an easy task, but you will have strengthened communication and strong influencing skills to ensure risk is minimised at every stage.
This is a hands-on role requiring full-service delivery & client management. On all levels you will be building trust and strengthening 3rd party relationships.
A detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technologies, processes, materials, business, and legal matters is essential.
In addition, you will have:
- Demonstrable experience of managing full scale, high value projects and be confident advising on complex situations.
- Expert knowledge in reporting financial data to varied audiences.
- Master negotiation skills with a strong commercial mindset.
- Ability to adapt efficiently to ever changing situations.
