The London Living Wage

The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by 7,000 UK businesses who believe their staff deserve a wage that meets everyday needs Over 250,000 employees have received a pay rise as a result of the Living Wage campaign.

Disability Confident 

The Disability Confident scheme supports employers to make the most of the talents disabled people can bring to your workplace. Disability Confident organisations play a leading role in changing attitudes for the better. They’re changing behaviour and cultures in their own businesses, networks and communities, and reaping the benefits of inclusive recruitment practices.

Race at Work Charter 

The government has announced a 'race at work charter' containing a series of measures to tackle ethnic disparities in the workplace. Developed in partnership with Business in the Community (BITC), the charter states a list of principles and actions for businesses to publicly commit to.

House Proud Pledge 

The HouseProud Pledge is a scheme that all social housing providers can sign up to, to demonstrate their commitment to LGBTQ+ resident equality and support. 

British Dyslexia Association 

The British Dyslexia Association (BDA) has been the voice of dyslexic people since 1972. They are a membership organisation working to achieve a dyslexia-friendly society for all. The British Dyslexia Association (BDA) is the voice of dyslexic people. They aim to influence the government and other institutions to promote a dyslexia friendly society that enables dyslexic people of all ages to reach their full potential.

Housing Diversity Network 

Housing Diversity Network is a social enterprise that aims to inspire and empower people, promoting equality, diversity and opportunity for all. They work collaboratively to support organisations to improve how they address inequality, get the most from their staff and meet the needs of the communities they work with.

Mayor of London's Good Work Standard

The Mayor's GoodWork Standard brings together the best employment practice and links to resources and support from across London to help employers improve their organisations. The initiative has been developed in collaboration with London's employers, professional bodies and experts.
