Mount Green Operations Director, Samantha Herelle to join Homes for Lambeth (HFL) as new Director of Operations.
Samantha will take up this new position at an important time for HFL. Samantha and her team will be focused on supporting residents settling into their new homes in the new year and engaging with residents at the earlier stages of the rebuilding process.
Samantha Herelle said:
“I’m really looking forward to taking up this new role at HFL. Our residents are at the heart of everything we do, and my focus is to ensure we continue to involve them at every stage of our programme. From planning consultations to how we manage their homes and services, we will be led by the priorities of our residents.”

About Samantha Herelle
Samantha began her professional career in London working for Circle 33 Housing Trust. Samantha was successful in leading housing management teams to deliver strong performance and high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition, Samantha led the deregulation of the Holloway Tenants Co-operative from the Circle Group achieved significant Value for Money savings, shortly after leading a tenancy fraud partnership with Islington Council recovering homes to let to homeless households.
Samantha has been a Non-Executive Board member of Viridian Housing and contributed to the merger with Amicus Horizon creating a 44,000 home organisation with the development capacity of 1,500 homes per year. Following the merger, Samantha was appointed to the newly formed Optivo Board and has fulfilled the role of Operations Director for Mount Green Housing Association.
Samantha regularly promotes the benefits of housing as a career option to Health and Housing students at a London University, delivering an annual interactive presentation to the student cohort.
