Memory Archive and Timeline

The residents of Westbury Estate have many interesting stories and memories about the estate. Over the past year we have been collecting these stories.

Since we opened the doors of No.7 Fovant Court we have been capturing memories of residents on Westbury Estate. These memories have been stored in an Archive, which is made up of a series of wooden drawers, one for each low rise home on the estate. Each week residents have been sharing their memories, experiences, anecdotes and photographs about their time on the estate. The memories are recorded on Westbury Estate Archive Cards that are then housed within the residents' personal drawer. The archive is now populated with personal stories and facts about the area from residents across the estate.

As a way to display and share these stories we have also created a timeline within No.7 where we have chronologically plotted out each of the memories and photos shared by residents.
