Communications & Events Executive£31,000 - £38,000 per annum

With a background in communications and event management, you will be a self motivated individual able to work in a team and independently co-ordinating tasks and key messaging in the same breath. Your experience of brand development and marketing setting you apart, you may have worked in the charity or non-profit sector, focused on social outcomes or community benefits.

You will be at the centre of Resident Engagement & Social Investment (RESI) team – liaising with colleagues to give excellent communications across the piece to the activities, events, project and opportunities that will engage our residents and their communities to bring about sustainable change as Homes for Lambeth (HfL) builds thriving communities on our six priority estates.

Adept at administrating, co-ordinating, scheduling and developing a number of communications plans, the post holder will work in our fast paced environment, ensuring digital and print content is constantly and consistently updated, our consultations well managed and events delivered with exceptional outcomes for residents of Homes for Lambeth.

You will work with wider HfL colleagues and relevant teams at London Borough of Lambeth, community organisations, contractors and stakeholders as we raise the bar on our work with and for our residents increasing the volume of clear and timely communications. You will enjoy the challenge of working intimately with our residents, coordinating activities, projects, events and a sustained programme approach.
