Business Administration Support Intern

Salary Range £500 week

We’re looking for an, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Homes for Lambeth team as a business administration support intern, as part of our 12 week programme. You will be willing to work closely with our residents and their communities to support them as Homes for Lambeth (HFL) build more and better homes across Lambeth.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently. Good communication skills and prioritising workloads are also essential for this role. Candidates should have a GCSE English and Maths at grade A-C or equivalent. You will also need to be able to use Microsoft office as this will contribute to your main duties. 

Desirable skills for candidates is knowledge of Adobe INDesign, BIM360 and of Lambeth. It is also desirable for the candidate to have interest in construction/architect field.

The candidate will be reporting to the Senior Design Manager and communicating with all teams across the business. Duties will include general support the Senior Design Manager, organizing files and records, collecting and inputting data, preparing and sending emails and arranging meetings. You will also be participating in selected meetings and taking meeting notes for the Senior Design Manager.
